From Tampa International Airport:
Approximate distance to the hotel is three miles.

Take the Clearwater/Highway 60 West/Veterans Expressway exit.
Remain in one of the right two lanes and proceed approximately two miles, following the Air Cargo/Hillsborough Avenue Exit 4 signs.
Just before Hillsborough Avenue, turn left under the Veterans Expressway Overpass.
After the stop sign, go straight and get into the right lane.
The hotel is located one-quarter mile ahead on the right.

Reservations cancelled 24 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD.
Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of 25 USD plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A 25 USD change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

The third person in the one-bedroom suite and the fifth and sixth persons in the two-bedroom suite may pay 10 USD per night for a rollaway bed or may sleep on the couch, which is not a pull-out. Groups of five or six people may request a "quad suite," which features extra bedding. "Quad suites" have limited availability and the guest must contact the hotel after booking to request.

Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
